Kimberlee Maselli, artist, energy worker and sound bath practitioner, invites you to unplug, unwind, and relax to the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, drums, crystal bowls, chimes and other assorted instruments. A Sound Bath is a concert for relaxation and healing. No water or bath, just beautiful healing vibrations that "wash" away stress and leave you feeling refreshed. The healing sounds vibrate deep into your body, releasing tension and balancing your energy field. Sound energy is a practice that has been around for centuries and recently scientists have discovered the profound effects it has on reducing stress, clearing energetic blockages, lowering blood pressure, easing emotional and physical pain and creating an overall sense of peacefulness. If you have not tried a sound bath, do yourself a favor and experience this powerful, ancient healing practice.

Cost: $40. per session. There are limited spaces to ensure that everyone can stretch out and be comfortable. Please reserve your spot ahead of time.
Note: Cancellations within 5 days prior to the event will be subject to a $10. processing fee.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow or meditation cushion for your comfort. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class and leave your cell phone and fitness watch in the car.
In order to provide a quiet, undisrupted session for all students, access to the room will be closed by 10 mins after the start time. After that time you will not be able to enter the room.
